Our Terms for uploading a regular open call:
# For all Non _European organizations: our prices mentioned are exclusive the Dutch VAT of 21%
# For all European organizations: we need your VAT number, if not provided, you will be requested to provided it again, before we can post / process your open call.
(check your VAT number here).
If you are unable to provide one, we will kindly ask you to provide it or pay the VAT here within 3 working days.
If You still do not comply (either email or VAT payment) within 3 working days, we will remove your open call and you will not be reimbursed.
# Starting from the 28 of May 2018, the privacy law called GDPR, or General Data Protection Regulation, has gone into effect in the European Union. You can find our GDPR (AVG in Dutch) here (in Dutch). In short: we will never sell your data, we only use your data in order to post your information on our website or on our socials and as such so we can be in touch with you if any questions arise from our side. By hitting the “submit” button* you agree with our terms.
# By hitting the “submit” button* you give us the right to publish your stuff on the Callfor.org website, our facebook page and any other social media account in which we participate.
You assure us that the stuff you post is yours and/or that you have permission to post it to this website. It does not automatically guarantee that your stuff will show up on this website.
A team of editors checks all submissions before they are published and, if they do not like what they see (discriminating shit, hate speeches,etc,etc), they will simply not post them.
You are aware that your submitted material may be altered, edited, spell-checked, fluffed and/or re-written before it is posted to the website.
# If we receive too many complaints regarding your open call (misleading information, fake open call, or such) or if any malware is found on the URL you provided, we will remove your open call from our website and you will receive no refund. By hitting the “submit” button* you agree with our terms.
# If the VAT number you provided failed, was left blanc or because the VAT number you supplied was incorrect, we ask a 5€ handling fee for our admin. costs (new invoice etc.). We will not process your upload until all the data is correct/corrected by the correct VAT fee.

Our Terms for uploading a “free” artist run open call:
same terms apply as mentioned above plus the following:
# If you provided us with false information regarding your organization in terms of not receiving any funding, or not having any sponsoring/partners, or using the artwork (for promo or other reasons) which was send in by artists without providing any compensation (or how ever you want to call it) or regarding asking the participants any fees (at any stage of the process);
We will not, we repeat, we will NOT, post your open call on our website and ; we will NOT reimburse you your deposit.
Since You wasted our precious time, that time needs to be compensated.
Your deposit will thus be transformed into an invoice of 25€ with the topic “We thank you for wasting our time and your own funds “. By hitting the “submit” button* you agree with this our terms.
Once again:
We only support artist run spaces, artist run galleries, art-zines, artist run organizations, etc, that
– do not receive any funding (whatsoever).
– do not have any sponsors, partners whatsoever or how ever you want to call it).
– do not ask for any funds, fees whatsoever in order to participate. (at any stage of the process).
– do not ask any ‘rights to use all or part of the artworks, for promotion purposes, or such without giving the artists any rights to compensation’. Callfor.org decides if this applies or not.
Only if this is you, pay the deposit (25€)
– your open call will be put online within 1-4 working days.
– the deposit* (minus the transaction costs from our PSP ) will be reimbursed a.s.a.p.
– these transaction costs are somewhat between 30cents and 5€ depending on how you paid (Creditcard, SEPA, Paypal, etc).

# When any problems occur during the upload of your data, please send us an email so we can help out a.s.a.p.
# # After you have filled in the form and have hit the Submit button you will be redirected to the area where you can fulfill the payment. Once the payment has been received, you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail.
# If you hit the “Submit” button and did not pay the required fee, or did not agree to our terms, your open call will not reach us.
# We manually check all your data & website and will upload your open call a.s.a.p. Normally within 1-2 working days (CET/GMT+1)
* During the Dutch holidays it might take 1-4 working days.
