OPEN CALL: CULINARY RESIDENCY
The Culinary Residency invites chefs, artists, food designers and interdisciplinary practitioners who want to explore the history of the former terrace restaurant or new contemporary forms of eating together.
We are looking for positions that understand cooking as a cultural and artistic practice and negotiate questions of community, memory, hospitality, nutrition, regional traditions, as well as agricultural science, ecology and the future of food.
