AMADEUS Festival International Design Competition 2026/2027
AMADEUS Festival Vienna launches its fifth International Design Competition 2026/2027, inviting emerging visual artists and graphic designers to create the official 2027 festival poster. The competition supports fresh talent and celebrates creative perspectives inspired by classical music and the festival’s international identity. This year’s theme, PRISMA, encourages interpretations rooted in creativity, dialogue, summer, culture, movement, and the vibrant spirit of arts & culture.
Who can apply: Participants of any nationality from 16 years old onwards are eligible to enter.
What you get: The Professional Jury will select the best design, awarding the winner 450 EUR and an official diploma. The winning poster will become the key visual for the next edition of AMADEUS Festival Vienna, and the artist’s name will appear in all printed and digital materials featuring the design. The recipient of the Public Jury Award will likewise receive a double ticket to the Opening Gala. In addition, La Vienisima will grant a Special Award of 250 EUR to the artwork that best reflects its core mission of promoting diversity, equality, and activism.
