call for entries ALC VIDEO ART FESTIVAL
This is an artist-run festival putting the focus exclusively on VIDEO ART
Please, NO SHORT FILMS – NO MUSIC VIDEOS – NO CARTOONS – NO DOCUMENTARIES!! (all of them will be automatically disqualified)
Only V I D E O A R T
All selected videos will be screened at MACA (Museo de Arte Contemporaneo de Alicante) also, at MUBAG (Museo de Bellas Artes Gravina) where the videos will be exhibited in a shop window on the public highway
-MACA is a very remarcable Museum of Contemporary Art placed in the old quarter of the town and filled with pieces of some of the greater artist of XX and XXI’st centuries.
-MUBAG is another important museum focused more in modern art. Giving space also for Contemporary Art
(any video with any sexual or violent content will be excluded from MUBAG street window)
The festival will be held in September the 30th and October the 1st to 3th
